What Does an All-Inclusive Wedding Venue Actually Include?

If you've started looking at wedding venues, you've probably noticed the words “all-inclusive” come up quite a bit. But what does that actually mean?

The answer isn't always the same. Every venue includes something different, so it's important to look beyond the words and find out exactly what's included in the wedding package.

At Sage Cottage, we think an all inclusive wedding should take a lot of the work off the couple's plate.

Food, Cake and Bar Service

Food is one of the biggest parts of a wedding, and at Sage Cottage, catering is included. Our wedding services also include cakes and desserts, along with full bar packages featuring beer, wine and liquor.

Having these services handled in-house means fewer vendors to coordinate and fewer details to keep track of.

Décor, Linens and Setup

An empty venue can look very different once you add tables, linens, centerpieces and all the other details that make a wedding feel like your own.

At Sage Cottage, linens and centerpieces are included, along with setup and breakdown. You shouldn't have to spend your wedding morning setting tables or ask your family and friends to stay late cleaning up.

A Choice of Spaces

All-inclusive doesn't have to mean one-size-fits-all.

Sage Cottage sits on 26 acres in Adairsville, Georgia, with six unique ceremony and reception areas. There are indoor and outdoor options, including our Banquet Hall, Pavilion and Deck, lawn and wooded ceremony areas.

Whether you picture an outdoor ceremony surrounded by the woods or an evening reception inside, there are several ways to make the property work for your wedding.

Make It a Weekend

One of the things that makes Sage Cottage different is the opportunity to stay here.

Our five guest rooms accommodate up to 12 overnight guests, making it possible to turn the wedding into a full weekend with the people closest to you.

Friday can be the rehearsal dinner and time to settle in. Saturday is the wedding. Sunday can be breakfast together before everyone heads home.

It's why we like to say Sage Cottage is “a place where your people stay, not visit.”

What Should You Ask?

If you're comparing all-inclusive wedding venues, don't be afraid to ask for the details. Find out what is included for catering, bar service, cake, décor, linens, setup, breakdown and accommodations. Also ask about any services or fees that aren't included.

The word “all-inclusive” can mean very different things from one venue to another.

At Sage Cottage, our goal is to take care of as many of those details as possible so you can spend your wedding weekend celebrating with your family and friends instead of managing vendors.

Sage Cottage is located in Adairsville, Georgia, just 10 minutes from I-75 and about an hour from Atlanta and Chattanooga. Our 26-acre property offers full-service weddings, overnight accommodations and plenty of room to make the weekend your own.
