Do you help with day-of planning/organizing?

Absolutely! We handle all day-of planning, so you are able to just show up, relax and enjoy your special day.  We will organize the timing and ensure everything moves smoothly according to plan.  You won’t have to worry about a thing!

What if I do have an event planner, do you work with them?

Of course!  This is your special day and we are here to make you happy.  If you have an event planner, we are happy to work with them and help as much or as little as they need, while still ensuring everything goes smoothly on our end. Relax, we got you covered!

Is catering included in the per person package price?

Yes! We have a full commercial kitchen and a great menu selection for you to choose from and it is already included in the per person price you are quoted!

Are we allowed to bring in our own caterer if we wish?

We do allow outside caterers as long as they are licensed and insured. They will be given an area to prep but are not allowed to have full use of the kitchen to cook.  They will need to bring china, glassware and silverware as well as servers.

Are dogs allowed?

We understand dogs are a part of the family and many couples like to include their dog in the ceremony. Therefore, we do allow the dog to come and be a part of the ceremony. However, they will not be permitted inside the Cottage or event space. We prefer if they are taken home after the ceremony if possible.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is allowed outside only.  We can have a designated area if you prefer.

Are we allowed use of the Cottage?

If the Cottage rooms are included for an over night stay in your package, then yes, you have full access to the Cottage. If you have chosen a package without rooms, then the ladies will be given use of the bridal suite and the men will have use of the groom’s suite to get ready. Once the event starts, you will no longer have access to the cottage except to retrieve your things.

Do you charge a site fee?

No! There is no additional site fee.

Do you charge extra for the ceremony?

No! There is no extra charge for the ceremony.   However, we do not reduce the price if you decide not to have the ceremony on property.

What all is included in the package price?

·         Tables, chairs, flatware, plates, glassware, etc

·         Linens- black or white. Different colors can be rented in at an additional cost.

·         In-house centerpieces

·         Arbor- we have 2 to choose from, wooden or metal

Do you have any games?

We have you covered in the game selection! We have ping pong, Foosball, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and corn-hole!  All available to you for only a $250 set-up fee!  The games must be planned for ahead of time so we are able to have them staged and ready.

Do you charge to cut the cake?

No, there is no additional charge to cut the cake.

Do you have a microphone?

Yes.  We have a microphone available at no additional cost.  The sound system is, however, only inside the Sycamore Room and will not be able to be heard outside.

Do you have a way we can stream a video montage if we would like?

Yes. There is a TV inside the Sycamore Room that may be used to stream a video montage at no additional cost.  You just need to bring the zip drive or computer!

Are we able to have our Rehearsal dinner here as well?

Absolutely! In fact, we offer a full weekend package that includes the rehearsal dinner.

Are we allowed to come and decorate ahead of time?

Yes, as long as we don’t have another event booked the day before.  We will do our best to accommodate time for decorating as we want everything to be perfection for you!

Will there be another event going on at the same time?

Absolutely NOT! We focus on only one celebration at a time to ensure perfection and privacy.  You and your guests will be the only people other than staff on property.  You will have full use of all the outdoor spaces as well as the Sycamore Room. We are here for you and only you. This is your special day!

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

We have you covered. Literally! We have a covered pavilion that could be used for the ceremony and the Sycamore Room for the reception.  Because you are the only event that day and have full use of the venue it is no problem at all to change plans due to weather.  We will check the weather a day or two before hand and have a plan in place for worse case scenario.
