But what we really love about fall weddings is the feeling they create—cozy, relaxed, and centered around spending time with the people you love.
At Sage Cottage, we’ve always wanted weddings to be about more than just a few hours on a Saturday. That’s one reason our weekend wedding retreat has become so popular.
Stay, Celebrate, and Enjoy the Weekend
Sage Cottage can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests, giving couples the opportunity to have their closest friends and family stay right here with them.
Instead of everyone arriving for the ceremony and heading home that night, you can spend an entire weekend together. Have breakfast together, relax around the property, enjoy the rehearsal dinner, celebrate the wedding, and take your time the next morning. It gives everyone a chance to actually visit and enjoy one another without feeling rushed.
For many couples, that time together becomes one of their favorite parts of the wedding.
We Handle the Details
Another thing that sets Sage Cottage apart is that we are a full-service wedding venue. We don’t expect our couples to spend months coordinating a long list of vendors and figuring out who is responsible for what.
We take care of the details—from the food and bar service to tables, linens, décor, centerpieces, setup, and breakdown.
And because we handle so much of the day ourselves, our couples can actually be present for their wedding. You can enjoy your family, talk with your friends, dance, eat, laugh, and soak it all in instead of worrying about whether the tables were set or the decorations made it to the reception.
